Anonymous Blocks & DBMS_PROFILER - Webinar on 1/23/07

When I’ve run DBMS_PROFILER before I notice that there are a number of ANONYMOUS BLOCKS that get listed which have ZERO duration. What are they, and why do they appear?

Best I can tell these are blocks of code that get run when Profiler (and trace by the way) gets started up.  I assume they are administrate overhead kind of things.
