The two tools don't "know about each other", so it's up to us to comment things correctly so we can collate the information collected by each tool. When you start profiling make sure you put something meaningful into the comment field of the DBMS_PROFILER.START_PROFILER('comment'); call. If this comment and the comment used in the DBMS_TRACE.COMMENT_PLSQL_TRACE('comment'); call have a relation then it should be easy to collate the output of each.
