Is there any option to get Dtrace in solaris 9?

Not a chance - sorry. The work is not something that Sun is willing to invest in given that it takes significant man hours to accomplish this. With the binary compatibility guarantee of Solaris, upgrading should not be a problem given adequate due diligence and testing.
