Hotsos SQL Test Harness - Webinar Question on 5/22/07

We are using Oracle in our environment. Does this tool needs to be installed in Oracle server or can it be installed and run from Oracle client machines?

All you have to be able to do is to have your DBA install the hotsos_pkg package (via the harness_sys_install.sql script) from their account and then you would log in to your account and install the other harness objects (via the harness_user_install.sql script).  It does not matter from where the scripts are executed.  See the Installation and User Guide .txt files for all the details.
