Apache NLSLanguage setting in marvel.conf file or dads.conf file

When installing and setting up Apache to be used with Hotsos SLA Manager, the NLSLanguage must be set to AMERICAN_AMERICA.AL32UTF8. You can edit your marvel.conf or dads.conf file to see the PlsqlNLSLanguage line. The line should be:

PlsqlNLSLanguage AMERICAN_AMERICA.AL32UTF8
