Do we need a FogBugz Account when using the Hotsos Support System?
Is one created for us automatically from Hotsos?
The way the FogBugz system works is that all communications about cases you open are handled through email. In the email acknowledgments you get when you write us, you'll get a link to "track your case", which gives you a handy one-stop URL to see the entire published history of your case.
To make sure that email you send to Hotsos Support gets attached to the right case, just make sure the string "Case NNN" (where NNN is your case number) is in the subject line of your emails. That's easy to do, because after the initial acknowledgment, you'll typically just be responding to an existing email thread. |
