sql dev extension doesn't work

the log message is

14:44:33:785 Download.run(): Bfile does not exist.

I see the trace files in the udump.

Thanks for reporting the problem, but we'll need a little more information to be able to help you. What version of the extension are you using? You can find this information in the preferences page, or in the About page. To what version of the RDBMS are you connecting?

Also, it would be most helpful if you turned on logging as described in the Help screen or on the portal, then send us the log at FINE level.

This problem could occur when connecting to a remote database running on a Linux/Solaris Server.

Profiler Extension 1.1.2.0 contains the update to correct this issue and is now available.
