What product to use to prove Network latency

I suspect we have a network problem. We have an Oracle 9i server in house; for data intense queries, the response has become slow. However, folks from our out of state office can run the same query in < 3 seconds. What Hostos product would help me diagnose and fix the problem?

We can use the Hotsos Profiler to diagnose this issue.

Please gather the trace files for these two cases and upload it in the Profiler Portal on hotsos.com.
