Profiler Installed but Seems to be Disabled?

I have downloaded and installed the tool, but when I go to Hotsos -> Profile Statements it is greyed out. And also if I go to Tools -> Preferences -> Hotsos Profiler all of the Configuration Parameters are greyed out too.
Any ideas?
Thanks

The extension will behave this way when either Hotsos Profiler is not installed, or it can not determine where the Hotsos Profiler is installed.

The installer sets several environment variables, including for example

P5=C:\Program Files\Hotsos\P5
P5_JAVA=C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0_01\bin\java.exe
P5_SAXON=C:\Program Files\Hotsos\vendor\lib\saxon.jar

and adding C:\Program Files\Hotsos\bin to your PATH.
