Diff between Stat Lines and DB Sequential Reads - Webinar 2/26

I have a trace file (10.2.0.30) that the stat lines don't match.  It is an update on an IOT.  The update shows the PIOs, but the time is not correct.

The stat lines show 492 seconds, but the db file sequential reads show 2,572 seconds for the statement.  Why the difference?
